Nicole Jolly

BOARD CHAIR

Nicole Jolly serves as Managing Director of Equivolve, a social research and strategy firm. She has experience managing cross-sector collaboratives, developing organizational strategy, designing responsive programs, and operationalizing data for advocacy. With a Masters in Sociology from the University of New Orleans, she is trained in a range of research methodologies which she has applied in her work building data infrastructure and influencing policy and practice. Nicole served as Vice President of Strategy and Partnerships at the Urban League of Louisiana, launched and led New Orleans’ opportunity youth collaborative, and has long served as an advocate for youth development and juvenile justice reform efforts in the city.
