Alma Luna

Alma Luna serves as a Strategy Consultant and Client Executive at Booz Allen Hamilton, where she leads strategic partnerships and relationships with Fortune 500 organizations across technology, media, retail, and other industries. She brings expertise in relationship building, collaboration, data informed decision-making, and developing partnerships that expand opportunities for organizations and communities. Alma is also a certified CliftonStrengths Coach and advocate for inclusive leadership and equitable opportunity.
Originally from the diverse Washington D.C. area, Alma is a native Spanish speaker, proud Salvadoran, and first generation immigrant. She previously led the creation of Booz Allen’s first global Latin American employee network and partnered with organizations advancing STEM education and career pathways for Hispanic and first generation students. Alma is proud to serve CANO and support New Orleans’ only Spanish-English dual-language program.
